The Residential Development team is part of a strong firmwide team acting for major national house builders. The work of the team involves site acquisitions for residential clients and housing associations, assistance with the set up of sites for disposal, dealing with the disposal of sites pre-development and routine housing associate disposal management work. The transactions are often high profile and fast moving with lots of client interaction.

The successful candidate will be 3-4 years' PQE with significant residential development experience and some previous managerial responsibility. You will be someone who is comfortable at and used to dealing with clients and managing large scale projects.

Commercially minded and comfortable at identifying and focussing on client priorities, you will be someone who will appreciate the values of the firm: client centred; straightforward; teamwork; mutual respect; accountability; continuous improvement.

A link to the area and/or interest in relocating if living outside the region would be desirable.
