Job Description
A stunning, renowned fish restaurant in Bridport with amazing river views is looking for a sommelier to join their team. They are ideally looking for someone with previous experience, qualifications would be ideal, but not essential. The successful candidate will work 5 days our of 7 with an average of 40/44 hrs per week, both split and straight shifts and a live in option may be available. You must have excellent communcation and customer service skills. The restaurant is open from February until November but staff are retained all year.
