Job Description
A beautiful family managed free house restaurant with rooms near Newton Abbot is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team. The establishment offers a top quality menu in stunning homely surroundings. This role will include supporting the Head Chef and managing the kitchen in their absence, staff supervision, portion control, health and hygiene and menu creation. Previous experience in a quality food led establishment is essential. Benefits include a 45 hour week working 5 days out of 7, stakeholder pension and Bonus / tips scheme.
