Job Description

Leading Blue Chip organisation seeking a Sarbanes Oxley Program Leader to carry out testing, reporting and escalation processes to ensure:

- International IT compliance
- Support and training for IT staff
- Maintenance of IT processes
- Modification of IT processes in response to internal/external factors (potential expansion to cover non SOX risks)
- Key deliverables are a clean assessment by management over the effectiveness of IT internal controls and a clean section 404 audit report

This role will include but not be limited to:

- Working with the internal audit function/PMO to monitor evolving regulations issued by the SEC and PCAOB, identify their impact and align processes with the new requirements.
- Ensuring the companies approach to sections 404 to compliance and technology staff is understood by the relevant staff through meetings/presentations and responding to queries etc.
- To act as a central interface between International Technology, Internal Audit group and External audit .

Qualifications/Skills Required

Strong IT Audit/Compliance background
