Job Description

Statistical Executive


The position to be filled is that of Statistical Executive. The successful candidate will have a pro-active role in both conducting and reporting of econometric modelling analyses carried out on behalf of many of the company's major blue chip clients.

The role is an important role with the Statistics and Sampling Department. This will entail taking responsibility for the modelling needs of a number of key clients, examining the effects of advertising, pricing, promotion and other factors in order to inform important decision making and to provide input for clients' marketing strategy.

The Statistical Executive will contribute to the challenging and supportive atmosphere on which their personal and professional growth can occur.

The principle responsibilities of the Statistical Executive will be as follows:

· To give input on the Sales modelling approach for each project.

· To generate meaningful insights from the data.

To work closely with Client Service executives and to provide high added-value service to their clients.

To ensure that appropriate recommendation are communicated to the client.

To keep up-to-date with company's methodologies and R&D initiatives and communicate these externally.

To resolve problems.

· Exposure to the analysis of large scales survey projects






Qualifications/Skills Required

Degree min 2.2 at least 50% Statistics
