As a Stock Manager you will be ensuring the team is able to provide a fast, friendly and efficient service to the customers. You need to be able to lead and develop a multi-skilled team who are to meet stretching targets for operational standards within the stock rooms. You must take initiative to address stock issues and identifying opportunities to increase sales and deliver change.
Qualifications/Skills Required
You will need to have experience of managing a team in a retail environment, with a history of dealing with stock. You’ll be an inspirational leader, developing your team to their full potential and enabling them to deliver outstanding results through your ability to think logically, solve problems quickly and work methodically under pressure at peak times.
