Our Client a major premier fashion retailer has a vacancy for a Store Manager to work at Birmingham Airport.
Main purpose: To lead, develop and motivate a professional branch team and exceed sales, profit and customer service targets, whilst protecting and promoting the brand
You must have a good sales and/or retail background, be sales driven and team spirited. You should be enthusiastic, energetic and be flexible.
This position involves a rotating shift pattern to include Early shifts starting at 6am, and Late shifts ending at 9.30pm including weekend work
The company operate an excellent commission scheme, offer 40% discount and starting A/L entitlement of 22 days per year.
