The 'manned guarding' division operates nationally, boasting stronger service delivery and broader service offerings that encourage longer term partnering for success and additional service value.
This key position is part of their continued development and provides a real opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable security sector manager (Guarding) to be the lynchpin between clients and service delivery.
You will be responsible for Health & Safety, Quality, Vetting, Training, H.R, Control Room and Rostering, policy and procedural upgrading etc.
This is a well established national supplier and will require excellent interpersonal skills, able to operate at senior level and importantly "think outside of the box."
