The Establishment Services Group Telephone Sales Executive is the interface between a leading credit card company and the Small Mid Market service Establishments identified by our client. Within this role you will be responsible for maximising on ALL selling opportunities for our clients program in a professional manner whilst achieving and exceeding agreed targets. To represent our clients values and provide an excellent service to customers and clients.

Skills and Qualities Required:
Sales experience / Proven track record (preferred)
Advanced customer service experience
Excellent Communication Skills - business to business experience preferred

Team player who is ambitious, proactive and demonstrates an awareness of business needs.

All applicants must be native or have at least 1 year's work experience in the relevant markets.

You will ideally have a proven track record in sales/telesales with good commercial awareness. Coupled with that you will need to demonstrate excellent customer relations, communication skills and a professional telephone manner. A strong motivator with a positive attitude together with commitment, enthusiasm and analytical skills you will need to demonstrate your ability to use initiative and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines. Above all you will need a determination to succeed.
