Purpose of Department:
Provide advice/guidance on Resourcing issues
Purpose of Role:
Provide a dedicated recruitment/resourcing service for business areas including design/implementation/management of individual recruitment campaigns, assessment centres and advise on all Recruitment related matters.
Special Requirements:
Proven recruitment experience
Proven track record setting up assessment centres
Preferably SHL qualified
Excellent communication/relationship skills
Proven problem solving/creativity
Strong planning/organising skills
Duration 6 months
