My Client is the UK's leading home and general merchandise retailer. It is an established business that's growing and changing fast. Due to this they are offering an interesting, challenging and a truly exciting remit to the right candidate to work as a Team Leader at their Centre in Widnes.
You should have the abilities to lead, motivate, coach, guide and support a team of up to 18 Advisors to whilst providing a great customer service.
Qualifications/Skills Required
You should be positive and energetic and have great listening skills, a problem solver and resolution skills will be second nature to you.
Previous experience of team leadership in a fast paced environment is vital.
Rotational shifts between the hours of 8am to 10pm Monday to Sunday.
