A team Leader is required to supervise and manage a team of Group Sales Co-ordinators for the Surrey Cluster of a fantastic conference Centre Company. The role's objectives are to contribute to the achievement of the Group Sales Budgets through targeted and effective communication with clients, both internal and external, you will research and develop new opportunities and efficiently manage the sales database. Along with the previously mentioned sales co-ordinator role you will be supervising, supporting and motivating your team of co-ordinators. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably supervising co-ordinators but essentially working on hospitality projects.
