Job Description
Our Client is a UK based leading reseller of cellular phones for the major networks presently providing 60,000 connections per year. A recent explosion in demand has called for a new call centre in London, and they are seeking an experienced team leader to head a team of telesales agents in a fast paced, highly target driven environment.
The important role will involve playing an instrumental part in the running of the call centre, encouraging the agents and ensuring the sales targets are met and exceeded. Good management skills are essential to this demanding role.

Requirements
• At least 3 years experience as a team leader in a contact centre
• Knowledge of the mobile phone and telecommunications market.
