TEAM LEADER - Nottingham

Our client one of the largest UK consumer finance organisations is looking for an experienced Team Leader to assist in the supervision and manage and monitor a team of Underwriter/Sales staff to ensure the efficient running and continuing development of the Secure Loans Business.

The Role:

· Responsible for the day-to-day management for a team of approximately 8.

· Adherence of Service Standards

· Achievement of Team and Department Targets

· Ensuring the team offers exceptional customer service to Brokers, internal and external customers

· To ensure that Quality and Standards requirements are adhered to including effectively handling broker/customer complaints

· Prioritising Workloads in the team/section

· Organising staffing levels

· Liasing with other teams/sections re workloads

· Collating figures and statistics

· Coaching and Developing the team

Essential

· A good level of education is required
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Ability to problem solve
· A good working knowledge of IT skills
· Proven man-management skills essential
