Job Description
The day to day responsibilities will include:Management of supplier relationships to include supplier analysis and selection, quotation management and contract negotiation. Inventory management to encompass goods in receipt, asset identification and management, inventory records and monitoring of stock levels. Internal documentation to include (but not limited to) the updating of service renewal information, internal requisitions and purchase orders and other administration functions. The creation of tender documents and tender & supply evaluations. Working knowledge of software licensing.
Qualifications/Skills Required
The candidate should have at least 3-5 years experience in communications, hardware and software procurement and a working knowledge and experience of contract negotiation and contract terms and conditions. The successful candidate will exhibit a dynamic work ethic with a willingness to be pro-active and forward-thinking.
