Job Description
Our client, a blue-chip financial services firm is seeking a Technical Consultant to join their Group HR Shared Services, Business Development division. The purpose of the role is to develop the business development agenda and plan for shared services. Team members typically have an HR and Project Management background, including a working knowledge of Shared Service operations and an understanding of how Shared Services and HR Technology can support both line HR and the business.
You will have solid knowledge of HR business issues both within and outwith the UK; business analysis and process mapping skills; and be flexible in terms of international travel.
