A Technician is required to join a building structures team in Manchester to work on a range of design projects across sectors such as education, industrial, residential and health. You will report directly to a Senior Engineer, working as part of a multi-functional civil and structural team.

Qualifications/Skills Required

To apply for the position of Technician (Building Structures) you must be confident with AutoCAD and must have previous experience of design in steel and concrete structures. You should also be competent in RC detailing and steelwork and should ideally have some drainage experience. 3D drafting experience would also be of advantage. You should be qualified to HNC level in Civil Engineering, though experience commensurate with this level of qualification is acceptable.
