I have always believed in ‘growing our own’ recruitment consultants and we have had some fantastic success stories. We have had graduates develop into consultants who have earned more than £10k in commission alone in a single month.

We are on the look out for new, as yet undiscovered, sales talent. We would like to develop and train you before you form bad habits with someone else.

All Finlay James directors, myself included, are recruiters. We are best placed to develop you and will share your hopes to succeed. We know the importance of a good atmosphere and love working alongside like-minded individuals who know how to work hard but also know how to have a laugh. We know how to incentivise our guys too. In fact, we have recently offered incentives such as corporate race days, golf days and meals/nights out.

We’re looking for Trainees to help with the resourcing and to help with lead generation. Career development will be mapped out from the start with progression to the role of Account Executive, then consultant, then who knows, maybe even Branch manager? As a rapidly growing company we can certainly offer you scope.

Your true hunger to succeed will differentiate you from your peers. You will have a knack for influencing and will consider yourself to be a strong communicator.
