Job Description

Salary: £18-20k + OTE of an additional £5000 per annum

My client requires a bright, hungry and experienced Telesales Executive to assist with various sales projects. Please note that my client wishes to conduct this position on a temp to perm basis and so all applicants should be available at short notice/immediately.

Duties to include:

· Attend preliminary project meeting to assimilate product information and assist in the development of the crib sheet, FAQs and objections for use during calling

· Achieve an appropriate number of calls per day as required by the project

· Grade each call using a bespoke grading system.

· Regularly update the CRM software, accurately and succinctly.

· Provide effective feedback to the project or sales manager

Qualifications/Skills Required

Requirements:

· A proven track record in sales
. Excellent verbal communication and voice presentation skills.· Disciplined and able to work for long periods alone without supervision.
· Able to use a PC with great confidence.
· Able to record data accurately and succinctly.
· Quick to assimilate new product information and able to use this to develop an effective pitch to prospects.
· Professional telephone technique.
· Able to work without a script and to think on feet.
· Able to build a rapport quickly and easily and to capture the prospects attention.
· Able to use open and closed questioning to uncover real prospect needs.
· Able to paraphrase and summarise needs as a transition to selling the benefits of a product.
· Able to handle objections effectively and calmly.
· Able to listen.
· Able to close with confidence and to know when to close.
