An excellent opportunity to work for a hugely successful company in Stratford upon Avon. This company has shown phenominal growth in the last 18 months and is now looking for outgoing, confident people to join in its success. You will be required to take incoming calls and make proactive outgoing calls to individuals to agree a payment scheme for their outstanding debt. You must have an excellent telephone manner, be assertive and have the ability to "think on your feet" In return you will receive a basic salary of £12K and great bonuses, so motivated individuals should expect an OTE of up to £18K. There is also overtime available for those who wish to increase their hours from time to time.
