****CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISORS******
My client a busy maintenance company based in Bromley currently has a requirement for a customer services advisor working in a busy call centre. The position is offered on a temp basis and is available immediately. However, there is a posibility that this role will become permanent.
Duties will include:-
* Answering calls from residents with regard to maintenance and repairs
* Logging all call data and ensure residents details are up to-date
* Generate job sheets and allocate work to operatives
* Keep in regular contact with residents and ensure work is completed on time
* Liaise closely with the administration department to ensure all paperwork is correct and invoices raised satisfactorily
* Ad-hoc duties as instructed by management
If you possess 2 GCSE's (English and Maths essential) + 6 months (office based) customer services experience and possess good IT skills then we would love to hear from you.
