Tenancy Sustainment Officer
To assess support needs and reviewing support packages; assist customers and/or their authorised agents on eligibility, rights, duties, legislation and policy regarding:
• Homelessness
• Security and safety of tenure
• Money advice, budgeting, rent arrears and debt counselling
• Housing and welfare benefits assistance
• Eviction
• Harassment, racism or discrimination.
• Statutory or voluntary agencies liaison
• Resettlement and independent living
• And other necessary areas of advice.
