They operate from four regional offices covering the East Midlands, West Midlands, the North West and the North East and their principal activity is in the social housing and pharmaceutical sectors.

They have always prided themselves on delivering a customer focused service, which adds value for clients and the communities in which we work.

Our client requires an individual to work on their social housing project for 5 weeks; they will have to carry out the following duties:

• Prepare and issue information to customers regarding the work to be carried out and provide any further information as and when required.
• Arrange access to customer’s homes in accordance with the agreed sequence of work.
• Undertake regular visits to the customer during the works to give updates on progress and to ensure any concerns are identified and addressed.
• Record customer complaints and compliments and co-ordinate the investigation of claims for compensation including the negotiation of a settlement.
