Pathway Resourcing (Est. 1996), the market leaders for IT recruitment have set their sights on global success. Plans over the next 2-3 years will see the organisation expanding from our UK home through Europe and on to America and Asia. We have already started an office in Amsterdam and are looking to use New York and Hong Kong as operational headquarters for the regions. The consultants and new trainees of today will be the managers and pioneers of our international development over the coming years. Joining Pathway will see trainees embark on a training programme that has been specifically designed to teach and provide individuals with the necessary skills so that they can build a business capable of cutting through a competitive and driven market. From day one a number of methods will be used to pass the knowledge and skills that our consultants and management have compiled over their numerous years of experience. Through classroom based training, one-to-one tuition and our personal mentoring scheme, the programme is designed to utilise the expertise of the business and pass it on to trainees in a manageable and coherent format. The programme covers 6 months of structured modules that leave no stone unturned. Each module focuses on a particular area of the business and leads to trainees being passed out as fully-fledged consultants. From there on your training provides the support and skills that you will need should you wish to develop your business as a consultant or progress through the ranks to management and eventually director.

Our meritocratic environment means that you have the opportunity to rise through the ranks based on your effort. We never bring managers in from outside of the business and promote only on merit; not seniority. It is possible within 5 years to be a Director in the business and beyond that there is the opportunity to open new offices or even your own organisation.

First year earnings are expected at £35-40K (OTE), £60-80K (OTE) in the 2nd and £100K+ in the 3rd. These are realistic expectations that have been taken from the actual earnings of our consultants. Many individuals that start will exceed these targets and go on to earn healthy six-figure salaries. On top of our lucrative commission scheme there are incentives ranging from company cars of Porsche Boxster, BMW M3s and Range Rovers to holidays in Miami, Las Vegas and Monte Carlo. These are all realistic targets that we set against the movement of the market. We don’t believe targets should be impossible to hit.
