Trading Format Manager - FMCG

THE CLIENT: Our client is one of the UK?s leading managed pub companies with over 1,800 pubs, bars and restaurants across the UK. It operates a number of leading concepts and employs over 40,000 highly motivated people across the country. This is a customer-focussed business, dedicated to great food and drink and constantly improving the customer?s experience.
THE ROLE: As Trading Format Manager you will category manage 130 independent leased pubs. This will involve developing a comprehensive 3 year strategy, plan implementation and full mix marketing from NPD to promotional campaigns.

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre, ideally with a marketing qualification. You will be a highly commercial astute marketer with an FMCG or drinks industry background. Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic skills are a must.

THE PACKAGE:
Basic - £35 : 38,000
Bonus : £3,500
