Pathway Resourcing, established in 1996 and part of the SThree Group, is currently looking for bright and highly motivated individuals to join its banking team. As a trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be joining one of the most lucrative industries and working with the biggest names in the city of London. Joining as a trainee you will quickly realise the opportunity and scope ahead of you. From day one, we introduce a training plan that takes you from the little knowledge you may have on the outside of the business to becoming a fully fledged consultant, building their own business and respect in the marketplace. We will provide a mentor that will guide you on a daily basis throughout your initial 6 months, whilst you receive classroom based and one to one tuition to equip you with the skills you need. On top of this, from day one we open the door to your earning potential – from day one you have the opportunity to earn as much as you want.

The earnings are what you’d expect from such a progressive organisation. 1st year earnings are expected between £35-40K, 2nd year £60-80K and 3rd year onwards £100K+. These expectations are regularly exceeded. Alongside the financial remuneration, we offer an incentive package a world apart from other organisations.
