We have a large base of clients based all across the UK that we recruit on behalf of and at the moment there is a major demand for trainee mortgage advisors due to the gap in the mortgage industry. No industry experience is needed.

If you have a desire to work in the financial sector and start as a trainee mortgage advisor with the starting basic salary of between 18-25K + commission & further your career as a Mortgage advisor after completion of your training then you’re in luck.

Trainee mortgage advisors must have excellent communication skills. They should always be motivated and performance driven and of course have the ability to work as a team player. Having customer service and sales experience will count in your favour.

We are looking for people that contain qualities such as communication skills, determination, ambition and the will to succeed. The ideal candidate will be expected to be in adherence with FSA regulations and will be responsible for advising on savings and investments as well as generating new business.

Qualifications/Skills Required

Customer Service and Sales experience will be an advantage
