Trainee Recruitment Consultant : Sales Staff

THE CLIENT: BMS is a leading consultancy which specialises in the recruitment of sales professionals. Established in 1990, BMS has achieved a truly nationwide presence through a network of six regional offices and currently has an opportunity at their Coventry location. Offering recruitment solutions for trainees, sales representatives, sales executives, sales engineers, area sales managers, territory managers and account managers, opportunities are available across four key sectors; Commercial, Technical, Medical and IT in every corner of the UK and Ireland.

THE ROLE: You will have the opportunity to earn commission from day one and will receive comprehensive one-on-one training from your manager on a continual basis. Day to day you will be working as part of a team, sourcing vacancies and working closely with experienced Consultants towards a successful placement. The best performers have risen to become Divisional Managers within as little as 3 years without previous experience, demonstrating our commitment to promote from within. Naturally competitive, you will have a strong desire to succeed at whatever you do. A minimum of one year?s sales experience from any discipline is ideal however we will also consider graduates looking to prove themselves in their first sales role. THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary - £16:18,000
Commission/Bonus - OTE £26,000 1st Year
Benefits : Pension after 12 months, 20 days holiday
