Leading multi disciplined recruitment company established in 1994 with over 10 branches across the north of England require a trainee industrial recruitment consultant.

Do you have telesales experience, are you able to take rejection, can you sell both to the public and to business up to director level?

You will be sourcing temporary industrial vacancies across the Greater Manchester area such as pickers, packers, general operatives, fork lift truck drivers, warehousepersons, production operatives, cleaners etc. drawing up quotes for the company's services, chasing up quotes and closing both over the phone and face to face to agree temporary bookings. Sourcing, interviewing, registering and placing relevant candidates within said roles.

The company offer a basic salary between £13-15,000 and commission giving an on target earning within the first year of over £20,000
