We are looking for Graduate from any discipline but it is essential that you are focused on a career in sales and feel you would enjoy working in a target driven environment. Recruitment can be very rewarding both financially and through career progression as you are directly rewarded for all your results. Full training is given so no experience is necessary - any exposure to sales would be advantageous. You will be placed on our graduate training academy where you will be trained alongside other recent Graduate in an intensive 2 week classroom based training course that will give you all the skills and knowledge to be successful in this role. You will be involved in the whole recruitment life cycle from developing client relationships, attending client visits, new business development, advertising, interviewing and managing your candidates through our clients selection process to the point where you place the candidate in a suitable role.
