Trainee Recruitment Consultants –
Basic £25,000 OTE 35,000 + London & Croydon

We are currently looking for ambitious sales people who are keen to move to a career in recruitment.
- Training begins from day one and continues every step of the way. Support and guidance are seen as key within the role. You are the company's future.
- Training covers the role itself and in-depth knowledge of the field, from the basics through to fine tuning your technique to be at the top of the field.
Qualities and requirements for the role
• A highly motivated, money hungry self starter that does not require micro management
• A can do and will do attitude
• The ability to work well without supervision
• Ability to treat the business as their own
• Honest and trustworthy
Following the successful completion of your probation you will be paid a basic salary of £20,000 and £35,000 OTE
