Job Description
Our client is offering training contracts for law and non-law graduates from a variety of backgrounds. What all their trainees have in common, though, are excellent academic standards, good teamwork and communication skills and an enthusiastic approach.
They have a reputation for offering high quality training with a much greater element of choice than most firms are able to offer. The trainees themselves choose which seats they want to go to, switching between commercial and private client departments if they wish or specialising in either area, depending on their preference.
The Training Partner, takes a close interest in their progress, seeing them regularly for formal and informal reviews and running a structured in-house training programme on a range of topics from the Human Rights Act to Time Management.
