Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work within a successful benefit environment as a benefit legislation training officer. You must have a thorough knowledge on housing benefit and council tax benefit legislation and experience as a trainer. The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and be able to build a good relationship with in the various teams. I-World or Academy system training experience although preferred is not essential.
