Job Description

Training Administrator
Position: Training Administrator

Salary: £15-16k dependant on experience

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Location: Hyde, Cheshire


Leading Training company seeks proactive, enthusiastic and well organised Training Administrator to provide generalist support to the training team and Managers alike.

Duties and Responsibilities

· As Training Administrator your duties include the administration of all NVQ and City in Guilds courses
· To liase with all relevant bodies to arrange courses and update all course records
· The Training Administrator will be responsible for booking candidates in for training courses and arranging all details relating to times, places, explanation of course contents and information required by delegates
· Responsible for sending out all paperwork in line with courses booked
· Dealing with all general telephone, email and fax enquiries into the training office
· The Training Administrator will produce of invites, letters and training packs as required by trainers and Managers
· Administration of all after course care paperwork including course evaluation sheets, delegate tests results and final certification production
· Maintain and update accurate administrative information records both paper and system based
· To arrange, administrate and participate in meetings, training sessions and Managers conferences as requested by line Manager
· The Training Administrator will be responsible for providing detailed information for training delegates and will resolve all enquiries to their full satisfaction
· Performance of all related admin duties deemed so by line Managers and Trainers.

Qualifications/Skills Required

Skills and Education

· Must have working knowledge of all City and Guilds procedures and be conversant with NVQ’s
· At least 12 months previous administration and support experience ideally within a training environment
· Educated to GCSE or A Level
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
· Excellent telephone manner
· Professional and presentable
