Job Description
The manufacturing arm of this major utilities company based in the West Midlands are now looking for an interim Training & Development Manager to develop, translate and execute the business training strategy at all levels throughout the company.
As well as promoting a performance culture through the delivery of employee and management development programmes, you will be managing the training budget, identifying training needs, success criteria and gaps in competency; consulting with managers, liaising with and building high level internal and extermal relationships and ensuring competency and compliance with all legislation and company procecures.
