Job Description
Position: Training Manager-Elderly care sector
Salary: £17-25k per annum
Location: Dorchester, Dorset
Ref: PNRAJ3(LF)
Description:
Point Nine Recruitment are seeking a Training Manager for our client who owns residential homes that cater for the needs and requirements of elderly service users.
You will be responsible for overseeing 3 homes based in Dorset.
Qualificatios required:
Manual handling training experience
D32/33 Assessor award and or any other training qualifications
Our client will consider a carer with Manual Handling trainer experience to RGN who is looking to progress career as trainer.
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
You will need to be hands on and have the ability to take full responsibility for staff training and work well with other care professionals.
