Job Description

We're seeking someone with FPC qualifications to undertake the complete 360 degree training cycle in a leading financial organisation's Head Office. Duties will include -

- Deliver Induction, product knowledge and technical training to the sales force staff and for new recruits
-Construct training sessions
- Maintain training session materials to current technical standard
- Construct training sessions for ad hoc activity including the launch of new products, processes or services

and much more including training needs analyses as required by the training and Development Manager

The job holder will have a minimum of 3 years experience in retail financial services. F.P.C. or equivalent standard would be a necessary qualification and will have some experience of constructing and delivering training programmes and would preferably have a CIPD qualification

Qualifications/Skills Required

Essential and minimum qualification - FPC + 3 years' experience in a relevant role. Ideally CIPD qualified
