To support this growth my client needs passionate, customer focussed individuals to share in their success.

Within their expanding Business Consulting division, several openings have arisen for Training Strategy Consultants to take ownership of the training strategy for their client, the NHS. Working within your designated geographical area you will build and manage an ongoing relationship with key stakeholders, and will be heavily involved with users at all levels in order to conduct training needs analysis across the business as well as benefits realisation activities. These are highly customer focussed roles and as such you must come from a pure consultancy focussed background. In addition, successful applicants will have previously worked with healthcare organisations in order to understand their structure and gain credibility with the users, and will have a proven track record in the design, development, and delivery of training programmes.

Current locations include Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire although you will need to be flexible to travel across the South.
