TRAVEL ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR, London
We are looking for someone from an accounts/admin background in the travel industry to join this leading tour operator, in this administration role
Within this role you will be responsible for the accounts and administration of the company's hotel bookings. Duties will include: resolution of queries regarding hotel bookings; updating a database of queries/issues; assisting in posting of invoices & statements; liasing with other departments regarding quotations and final costs; liasing with suppliers and agents regarding invoice disputes etc
This is an administration based role dealing with accounts issues. We are looking for someone from a travel industry background who has experience in travel administration or accounts (particularly knowledge of credit card processing or cheque banking, handling invoices etc may be useful). You should have Excel and Word experience and good communication skills
