Travel Sales Agent - Surrey

Leading travel company based in Surrey is looking for travel consultants to join their reservations team. As a travel consultant for this travel company in Surrey you will be required to offer the highest customer service whilst exceeding your sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Manage calls from customer contacts relating to the travel categories with focus upon maximising conversion
- Identify the customers needs effectively and efficiently and sell products that best meet these needs
- Identify and convert travel sales opportunities in a proactive manner

Skills required:

- Min. 2 years experience in a call centre, travel agency or reservations role
- Previous CRS experience
- Previous travel industry experience
- Appitude for Sales
- Ambitious and enthusiastic about travel
