**TRAVEL RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR - ASAP START - TEMP TO PERM - £20 - £23k DOE***

This Travel Company based in Central London are looking for a Reservations Supervisor to start immediately on a Temporary basis and will go permanent for the right person.

You will be working in a small team supervising four reservations staff. You duties will include:
- Motivation, direction and discipline of staff including performance reviews
- Handling Customer Service issues including resolving of complaints
- Dealing with budgets, profit and loss and reporting on a monthly basis to the General Manager
- Using a CRS for Reservations and Ticketing when required

Essentially you must have a minimum of 2 years experience working at Supervisory level within a Travel Company where you would have dealt with budgets, profit and loss and reporting. You must have excellent working knowledge of a major CRS ie Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo or Worldspan and have worked in a long haul Travel Reservations role previously, ideally within a Tour Operator or Airline. You must be a team player, be motivated, approachable and thrive in a busy environment.
