Job Description
OVERALL PURPOSE OF POST
To support residents and their families some of whom have mental health and/ or substance misuse issues.
To support victims of domestic violence in a sensitive manner
To support the residents and their families with general housing management and move on issues
To provide a high quality contact, assessment and referral service.
To develop strong partnerships and networks in the borough and have joint working agreements with specialist voluntary and statutory services.
All applicants must have a CRB Enhanced Disclosure dated within the last 12 months.
