Job Description
Main Job Responsibilities
Takes ownership for daily processing and download of e-mails and information to Operations department.
Communicate and update status of customer queries with CVG account managers and Amex Operations.
Produces all required reporting.
Ensure spreadsheets and reports are up to date using excel and access database.
Updates Internal Account Manager with any anomalies/issues regularly.
Liaises with Brighton operations to ensure customer SLA's are fulfilled to program deadlines.
Additional calls to customers to advise on status of their queries where necessary.
General Administration duties. Fulfillment.
