About our company
Joyfly Aviation Service Co.,Ltd, is a professional aircraft charter company based in Quanzhou Jinjiang Airport, Fujian. ( A small but nice city on the south-east coast of China with very comfortable weather all year long) We have leased four aircrafts( 3 Boeing 737, 1 airbus 320) at present and run more than 60 routes, covering almost all the main cities within China, with an annual turnover about 60 million dollars. As the aviation business develop, we gradually step into other field. Now we have four hotels, one software company, one tourism company and one foodstuff company in Quanzhou. From last year on we started trade business with south-east Asia and Europe, and set up companies in philippines and Germany. This year we have carried on some investment projects negotiation in some countries. It’ been our strategy to invest in any country as long as profitable.
As the internationalisation go on we find that the human resource is the most essential factor in commercial activity. So we have a plan of employing talents from any country of any language for the preparation of further development. Our requirement is comprehensive skills: he/she should be bilingual or multilingual(English is a must), he/she should have very good commercial sensitivity to be able to find some business opportunity or to do research in a specific country to verify the profitability of a specific project, he/she should be energetic enough to be able to travel a lot within china and to many countries.
Salary is negotiable.average is from rmb5,000—10,000. but you can ask as much as you can. It’s our responsibility to give our staff as much as we can, however, we have to value him/her as accurate as possible. Our staff live in our own hotel rooms and lunch and supper are provided for free (chinese food).

Qualifications/Skills Required

Firstly,you are able to communicate with us in englihs or chinese.
Secondly,you must have at least BA degree ,but no matter what major you are.
