Job Description

Overall Job Purpose:
Acceptance & Integration test activities for the UTRAN network to support mobile services.

Skills Required:
•Degree in electronics or equivalent.
•At least 2 years experience of testing/integrating/maintaining telephony networks and associated S/W and H/W.
•In depth knowledge of Nokia system architecture – RNS, OSS.
•Knowledge of mobile networks and their functions.
•Knowledge of UMTS radio and associated signalling protocols specifically RANAP, RNSAP & NBAP.
•Proven ability to work individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals on time.
•Configuration and usage of protocol analysers.
•Change management activities.
•PC literate.
•GSM knowledge.
•Knowledge of telecommunications industry.
•Experience of transport technologies e.g. ATM.
•Knowledge of packet and circuit core networks and functionality.
•Operation & Maintenance experience.
•Data networks.
•NetHawk protocol analyser experience
