Job Description
Local Authority seeks a experienced Valuer for a 3-4 month contract, possibly becoming ongoing.
To undertake inspections and prepare valuations of residential properties throughout the Borough in respect of Right to Buy applications and also to negotiate ‘buy backs' of residential properties required in connection with regeneration schemes.
Prepare Committee and Delegated Powers Reports in connection with the above.
Such other professional work as allocated from time to time.
Experience of residential valuation and acquisition and general Landlord and Tenant Work
Appropriate professional qualification desirable but not essential.
