Job Description

My client is activley looking for a Voice Specialist to be part of a remote infrastructure team. Your role will include maintaining and developing new systems and technologies for both the voice infrastructure and administrative systems used by the firm, so strong experience with both Mitel product range & ISDX is required. You will assist the Voice Systems Manager in analysing business needs and developing initiatives and strategies. You will also be expected to take the lead in project management of established projects.
You will also provide third-line support to the helpdesk and manage major network or switch problems in conjunction with the Voice Systems Manager and Data Systems Manager. hence the title Voice specialist.
Travel will be required. You must be customer facing, a good communicator, organised, perceptive, accurate, responsible and able to use your initiative in providing innovative solutions.
