Warehouse Dispatch Manager Melbourn, Hertfordshire

Professional and experienced Warehouse Dispatch Manager required due to company expansion.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the goods inwards operation. The role will entail:

Guidance of 10 picking and packing staff
Control of staffing levels to ensure demand is met
Ensuring all staff work to approved company standards and procedures
Overseeing the picking, packing and dispatch operation to ensure timely completion of orders
Building good working relationships internally with Customer Services and Purchasing Departments and externally with transport companies
General maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse and packing materials
Salary £16 - £18K with good prospects and benefits.
This position is based in Melbourn, Hertfordshire.
