Warehouse Technician required for a great role with my client one of the largest and most prestigious rental staging companies in the UK. What they are looking for is a young, keen, dynamic and enthusiastic person who has a background in audio. Hopefully you will have a minimum of 12-24 months experience within audio and warehousing and not be afraid of hard work and heavy lifting and possess a full clean driving licence. This is an excellent role for someone wanting to get involved in the events industry with specific knowledge of audio, including and not limited to: PA systems, microphones, mixers, outboard effects and processing hardware, HD recording systems and more. The main tasks to be completed during the day include, prepping equipment for hire, checking returns and making sure that the equipment is in good working order, helping to keep the warehouse clean and tidy, reporting of faulty equipment and liaison with the service department to organise swift and efficient repair to stock. This is an excellent role that would suit an owner/driver who is looking to get involved in the events industry from a grass roots level. On offer is a good basic salary and plenty of overtime.
