Job Description

A leading consultancy that provides a full range of ecological services to a varied portfolio of clients in the waste, minerals & manufacturing industries, utilities and infrastructure sectors is seeking experienced and highly motivated waste procurement specialists to join their teams.

The role will involve the management of multiple projects assisting local authorities and private sector clients in procuring waste management services across the country. Experience of the following would be an advantage:
• Contract specification preparation for integrated waste management contracts
• Tender evaluation
• Tender preparation & support
• Developing contractual arrangements (eg, PFI, DBFO, PPP, etc.)
• Structuring payment mechanisms
• Waste strategy development & implementation

Candidates will need to demonstrate knowledge of refuse collection, treatment and disposal and other environmental services, together with strong analytical skills, numeracy, and computer literacy.

Qualifications/Skills Required
